We should be Thankful to God or Nature or Supreme Soul of Universe for its Precious Gift of "WATER". It is said that a Human Body's 70 % Portion is Water. and out of the Total Source of Water in the World only 10 % is Useful for Human beings. And the ratio of Drinking Water is less than 5 % of Total Quantity. This means there is no any Top Position or Designation for an Intelligent Human being in the World who can Create a better Option of "WATER".

Without "WATER", there no Possibility of Human and Animal Life. "WATER", has been the Requirement for so many people & places. It is used as Raw Material for many Industries and Production Houses. "WATER", is the Reason of so many Deseases due to Pollution. Believe or not but The Universal Truth is that there is no Option of Extra Ordinary & Precious Gift of Nature, "WATER".

I felt Great Surprise when I read in an Article that "WATER", might be the Reason of 3rd World War. There are some Disputes among Nations for the Water Distribution and use of River Water passing through Different Nations. If one Country is Building DAM on a River which is passing through other Nations, this will definitely be the Cause of Dispute. Some Dominating Country tries to Capture Qualitative Source of Water by Capturing a Main River of Nation.

I Request all Human Beings of all The Nations for Preserving The Most Precious FREE Gift of Nature by making Necessary Arrangements. We should Pass this Message of

Individual Conflict & Egoism must not be Emphasised to Form and Implement Awareness Programmes against HIV- AIDS.

We should change Education System & Syllabus to Educate students about such type of Illnesses or Decease. Pyhsical Education should be made Compulsory since 12 Years. United Nations and Governments of its Different Member Countries should confirm proper Implementation of various Welfare Schemes of HIV Awareness by way of Strict Inspection its various Programmes.

The Biggest Problem of Whole World is that of Illiteracy and which in turn Reflects as Poverty and Unemployment. Same thing is happening in my Developing Country India- Bharat- Hindustan.To Overcome Problem of Illiteracy, there should be a Law or Act of Government for the Compulsory Education of Child till College.

Means Parents must be Financially Able to Provide Education and Health facility to their Children otherwise they should not be allowed to have a Child. Strict Punishment should be there for the Parents of those Children who are working as Child Labour and not getting scope of Education.

Girls should be given equal Importance for Education, means Girls should be Well Educated to Train their next Generation & help their Family or Husband for Progress. Government should make sound Implementation of Various Schemes of Child Education with their Health fitness by Appointing a Group of Experts for Inspection of these Schemes.

Some International Organisations like United Nations and World Bank should Ensure Proper Utilization of Financial assistance by confirming sound Implementation of various Programmes in Developing Nations. Strict Punishment should be given to Government officials involved in the Corruption for these Welfare schemes of Children because Children are the Real Property of any Nation or Country. Simultaneous Focus should be there for Education and Good Health of Child, while Forming any Scheme of Child's Welfare. A Healthy Child with necessary Education facility is the basic requirement of all the Under Developed Nations of World.

At last we must Support, Motivate and Help any Person of our Society, who is working for The Welfare of Children.

I have always been observed in my Country India-Bharat-Hindustan, that so many people do their Occupation different than their Education. In other Words, Majority People are not having Proper Education according to their Employment or Occupation or Professional Activity.

This is because of Generation Gap and Traditional Education System. So, Education must be in such a Manner that it can Secure Employment for Students or Youths to maintain their Standard of Living. Second Important Requirement is that Girls should be given Education for her Progress and Social Welfare.

Sanskrit Language as Compulsory Subject is the most Important Requirement for India because Sanskrit is the Best Language according to Computer and it will Help Indians to maintain their Cultural and Traditional Heritage.

Precious Demand for the Bright Future of Next Generation is that Students should be given Physical Education since the Age of 12 Years and Maturity Age of Voting should be of 16 Years to make Students Sufficient Competitive according to fast growing changes & Globalization by making Necessary Ammendments in Laws. This will Help to Create Awareness against HIV-AIDS.

I Request all the Citizens of the World to make Special Initiatives to Educate Students about Adverse Effects of Tobacco & Drugs.
